I slowly rose to a sitting position, palming my forehead to ease the headaches that attacked me from every corner. The door flew open. I struggled to steady my vision. Looking up at the magnificent lady that had just walked in. I inhaled all of her scent, my wolf running crazy at the sight of our gorgeous mate.

I remember everything.

Ours, ours, ours. My wolf purred.

I rose to my feet and hurried toward her, pulling her into an embrace. I couldn't let her go. I didn't want to. If loving her dearly, deeply is the only thing I get to do during my time on this earth, then I'm content. I couldn't bear the thought that I would have withered from existence without seeing her one last time. Tears rolled down my cheeks, and she held my face. “It’s ok.” She comforted me.
