Melanie was coming down the stairs when she saw Alex sitting quietly on the couch

"Hey" she called and Alex looked up gently before looking away again without saying a word

Melanie sighed and walked over to him

"Are you okay?" She asked but Alex didn't even look at her

Melanie sat down beside him

"I know how you're feeling right now....."

"Take ne back" Alex cut her off with a shaky voice obvious that he might start crying any moment from now

"Casey and Mommy,where are they?? Take me there" Alex mumbled and immediately tears started rolling down his eyes

"Mom!!" Melanie called on top of her voice

Mrs Campbell came into the living room and was surprised to see Alex crying

"Did you hit him Melanie?" She asked

"Geez mom,why would I do that. He's asking for Casey and Annabella,mom you should talk to brother,I still don't understand why he would allow the cops question Annabella....."
