Chapter. 38 Looking for a Sofa

Zefki began to sit next to Raceh and gazed at his wife's face. He muttered to himself,

"Maybe she's exhausted today."

As usual, Zefki returned to looking at his wife's face and gently stroked her cheek. He gazed deeper into Raceh's lips, a profound longing in his heart to taste Raceh's lips again.

Zefki started to tidy Raceh's messy hair that covered her face, slowly leaning in to savor the sweetness of Raceh's lips. Zefki seemed to forget that he was currently in his in-laws' house.

Unaware of Zefki, a thirsty Grace wanted to refill her water bottle in the kitchen. Grace stepped out of her room, passed through the living room, and witnessed Zefki about to kiss Raceh, causing her to drop her water bottle with a loud clatter.

Instantly, Zefki pulled away from Raceh's lips.

"Sorry, Young Master. I didn't see anything," Grace said while picking up the fallen water bottle and quickly heading towards the kitchen.
