I watched Sebastian's eyes drift back to his computer screen, then up to me again.

"Miss Moore," he said with a slight smile, "this is the first time you've waited for me after hours."

I settled onto the sofa in his office.

Who stays late at work voluntarily? Especially with their boss?

But technically, I was off the clock now.

In my head, I'd already switched him from "intimidating CEO" to "guy I'm emotionally entangled with."
