Isabella sipped her coffee and sighed in relief, enjoying the soothing feel of the warm liquid as it coursed down her throat. She reveled in the soft flow and sagged against her seat. They were in a cafe at Dave's resort. Ever since she had begun working there during the day, she had to admit that compared to the former bar she had worked at, Aurora Resort was heaven.

Heaven, she hadn't known she needed it.

"Oh, this is so good," Anna moaned from across the table, clutching a coffee cup and closing her eyes. "Is your boss hiring?"

Isabella chuckled. "Not at the moment, I think."

Her best friend pouted, her dark eyes were quite sad as she looked down at her cup of coffee. "It is so not cool that you get to work in a place like this. The coffee here is the elixir of the gods."

"Oh, shush! You're drinking out of my employee's quota. I doubt any of us could afford that coffee every day without actually turning into strippers," Isabella explained, dropping her cup.
