GETTING SICK

Nathan and I started looking around if Anna was anywhere around but there wasn't any sign of her, my heart was beginning to hammer in my chest like it would fall off.

“ Where the fuck could she be?" I asked as I ran my fingers through my hair.

By now the rain had stopped falling but it was cold and I was worried she might be out there all cold and lost.

I couldn't even hide the fact that there was something going on between Anna and me again.

The worry on my face was enough proof.

“ Calm down dude, we'll find her," Nathan said as he rested his hand on my shoulder.

“ When? We've been searching this goddamn place and calling her name for how long but we haven't been able to find her. What am I going to do with myself if something were to happen to her?" I asked with a sigh.

" I think we should go back, I don't think she's here, maybe she was able to escape and she's somewhere safe," Nathan said.
