Amelia locked herself in her room at nighttime, and constantly refused to go to go out. She didn't stop working though. Quite the contrary, actually. All day, and usually most of the night, she clean and clean. Oblivious of the world around her, she sat with her head rested against the wash basin, a look of pain on her sunken face as the cuts on her arms rubbed against the long sleeves of her shirt.

Amelia needed to get out. She blinked a few times, rubbing the tears from her eyes, before leaping to her feet, wobbling slightly. Not feeling like walking through the big house. She winced, ignoring the pain in her legs as she moves. She staggered to the place she always went when he was feeling particularly depressed.
