Max and Deanna waited with the girls who seemed like they were in good spirits, considering what happened to them. They were taken together and rushed to the hospital where another officer was waiting for them so he could do an intake for them and get their information and then their first statements.

Max turned to Deanna and knew he had to tell her. The coroner was in the basement now getting the bodies. “Sweetheart, the girls knew who one of the others were.”
