"Alfred..." I hesitated, pulling my hand back from his body as I raised my eyes to the robber that looked unbothered by the terror in my eyes, the paleness of my face, the tremble of my hands and the room that had just erupted in screams from every corner.

"How could yo..." My voice trailed as I stumbled backwards away from the body laying before me.

"And you'll be next if you don't comply!" The robber yelled, raising the gun in my direction. I flinched, folding my legs and pressing them against my chest as I crawled back towards the elevator backwards using my hands as a guide.

"You all would be next if anyone tries that again!" He added, pointing the gun to the rest of the people who cowered in fear as the nossle of the gun was directed at them.

"How could you?" My voice was shaky, matching the vibration in my hands, feets and the frantic heartbeat against my ribs.
