I looked at Shiloah, who was nervously drinking his iced coffee. He occasionally looks in my direction like a puppy who's about to cry. I cannot really blame him. I'm sure he's quite busy with his research that he does not have any time to have info about the outside world.

I just can't believe he missed my wedding. A remarkable wedding I held by myself since Noah went to Yanna's rescue.

I sigh and look at Noah, who's glaring at Shiloah and me. I don't know what grounds he's holding this suffocating lunch.

"Ehem, so..." Noah smiled at Shiloah, but his eyes said otherwise. He looks like he could kill him with his glares.

"Y-yes, yes?!" Shiloah gulped a few times and looked at me, asking for help.

"Noah—"

"What is your relationship with my wife?" I almost slapped my own forehead when he emphasized that word again. What the hell is wrong with him? Is he really acknowledging me as his wife, or he's simply playing with me right now?

Damn it, Noah.

Stop giving me false hope.
