And just like that, she was married.
Faith got ready to move in with Anthony alongside Mary and put her house on sale. Mary was excited to move to a bigger place, but Faith couldn't share the excitement. She didn't want to get married so abruptly, especially since Jody was missing.
Her middle sister Jody was completely out of touch. Faith tried to reach out to her, but there was no news. She knew Jody was safe. She just simply didn't want anything to do with them. She didn't even bother to show up for their father's funeral. Faith couldn't blame her.
Jody didn't have the strength to bear the things she had to go through alongside Faith. Things Mary never had to go through. That's why she left and vowed never to come back. And she always blamed Faith for not protecting her better. Faith didn't know what was happening to Jodie, but she won't believe Faith no matter how much she tried to explain.

Faith convinced Anthony to let her stay in the company. She liked working, and the thought of staying home and not doing anything made her feel useless. Anthony stood there and watched Mark approaching Faith. Jealousy burned through his brain, and he could hardly contain himself, but he couldn't have an outburst in the middle of a company event. He was the owner of the company, and it wouldn't look good for his reputation. Besides, Mark hadn't done anything other than being flirtatious. But that was enough to enrage Anthony. Faith refused to speak or look at Anthony the next day. Anthony took her home right after, just as Faith told him. She hopped in the shower and tried to wash off the humiliation Anthony made her feel. He knew there was no point in asking for her forgiveness yet as she was too angry. Anthony looked at Faith's pale face as she absent-mindedly painted on her canvas. His heart clenched. He didn't mean to make her feel like she was a prisoner at his house. Faith tied her hair in a messy bun and put on a robe, then sat at the edge of the bed. Then she patiently waited for Anthony to finish what he was doing in the bathroom. She wasn't used to someone pampering her, so she didn't know how to feel about it. She had always been the caretaker, not the other way around. And she was still mad about Anthony's possessive and jealous attitude earlier. He couldn't even trust his own brother! That wasn't even the main problem.
