The room is silent. Azraiel rubs his palm over his face. As soon as he heard that Charlotte was unconscious he rushed through the woods to reach her. Katya and Alana were trying to remove the magic from Caleb when his body lit on fire. At that very moment, Charlotte reached there and started chanting something which ultimately stopped the fire. To everyone’s surprise, Caleb doesn’t even have a scratch on his body.Azraiel carried Charlotte to their home where she is currently lying on their bed. He is sitting beside his mate waiting for her to wake up.Seeing her like that, lying unconscious on the floor made his heart writhe in pain. He has no idea how he is going to watch her complete the shift tomorrow.
