Jasmine’s POV

I looked at the person hovering over the door and I was confused. It was clearly a female from the sound of her voice but I hadn’t seen her before and yet she called Alex by his name and not Alpha.

“She must be the one that Sheira told me about.” I reminded myself got off and turned slowly. Thankfully I wore a big shirt to sleep so it was big enough to hide my bump perfectly.

I walked to her and she used her eyes to follow me. “Who are you and why did you just barge into my room?” I asked her while trying to hide my irritated voice. She startled me for Pete’s sake!

“You are the one in my room. Isn’t that true?” She turned to ask the maid that came with her.

“Is this the room she is to stay in?” I looked at the maid and she looked so nervous to talk.

“Let’s keep that aside. My name is Bertha. I am the soon-to-be Luna of this pack.” She said to me with a smile and I almost choked on my saliva.

I looked at her and then at Sheira who just come out of my bathroom because she
