Today is Katie Rose's birthday.

My goddaughter is five today, and even though I didn't want to be anywhere near Knox, I couldn't miss this, not when Nova had her call me herself to remind me. I love Katie Rose. She didn't have to even beg before I said I would be coming; the question itself was enough.

The last two days have been rough, to say the least. I cried so much after returning Arabella to Knox, and now it seems my test ducts have tried out. Either that or my emotions have closed off once again. Whatever the case may be, I like it. Not breaking down in front of Knox three nights ago was the best thing to happen to me in a while.

Alpha Ezra was in the Midnight Saints pack visiting his friend Alpha Santiago when he received an email from me. I didn't send him anything but it was the email I scheduled months from today that reached him. The email contained all of Serenity's wishes including the videos she left to me. I called it! But as long as she still loves Knox like she does and her daughter she will never be completely happy with Ezra for a husband. Especially since her friend was his love and death hangs in between. She needs to work harder on her relationship with Arabella to help her be healthy and ok
