LOGINHello everyone, I wanted to give you the final release date now that I’m sure where things stand. I understand it’s been a long wait for you all, and I truly appreciate your patience while the process has taken this much time. I told you I wouldn't give a date until I was ready, and I’ve finally reached that point. The process has been a lot: I finished the first draft for this finale in February, spent March fixing the logic, and then used April to write additional chapters while pushing through major burnout. Right now, I’m just doing a full read-through and proofreading everything for myself. June 1st is my safe date. This is the date I'm giving to make sure I don't have any pressure on my back after writing through burnout all of last month. The chapters could actually drop anytime starting from May 17th, but I’m setting June 1st as the official deadline so I can relax into my final edits. I’m sharing this so you know exactly where the book is. I truly appreciate the patience a
Hello everyone, I know I just updated you earlier today and mentioned I’d have something ready by Friday. I’ve been feeling the silence on my end, and after looking at everything again, I wanted to reach out and be real with you about where things are actually at. The truth is, I have the 35 chapters drafted, but as I’ve moved into the final edit, the process has been more difficult than I expected. We’ve been racing through this story, and these final chapters are supposed to be the moment where everything finally starts to make sense. I could easily push out what I have right now, but I know it would leave you with more questions than answers. I don’t want to give you work that feels lazy or leaves you confused when you should be getting the clarity you’ve been waiting for. Tying up these loose ends is taking more out of me than the actual writing did, but I refuse to give you anything less than my absolute best. I’m not going to set a specific date today because I don’t want to b
IMPORTANT: A Note on the Final Chapters Hello Dear Readers! I’m reaching out to let you know that I’ll be taking a step back to focus purely on the quality of these final chapters. I don’t want to force the pace or rush the ending, as you deserve a finale that is truly worth the wait. Please note that I’ll be taking my time with this process to ensure everything is perfect, so the next updates won't be coming immediately. I want to make sure the conclusion of Alaric and Samantha's story is exactly what it needs to be. Thank you for your patience and staying on this journey with me!
Samantha's POVWe were ushered into a single room after revealing to my grandparents that we were mates. Later that night, we attended the banquet organized to receive us, as it was Nightveil protocol. While I tried to enjoy the performances, my eyes darted around the hall in search of Jada, but she was nowhere to be found.I decided to scan the crowd myself, but instead of Jada, I bumped into someone else."Elnora? I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were behind me," I apologized. She looked awkward. She had been stealing glances at our table all night, and while it worried me, Jada was my priority."No, it's my mistake. Pardon me," she said gracefully. She bowed slightly and turned to leave, but I grabbed her arm. She trembled under my touch. I assumed she was acting strange now that she knew I was the Headmistress’s granddaughter."I don't see Jada the Siren anywhere," I said, choosing to ignore her discomfort."Oh, she loves her privacy. She hardly comes out." Elnora looked nervous. I
Samantha’s POVThe metal gates slowly opened to reveal a large hall with high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers; the design still had that same ancient beauty as the rest of the academy. At the center stood a woman advanced in age, with dark hair and strands of silver-gray. I knew even without introductions that she was my grandmother, and beside her was a man I didn't need any introduction to recognize: he was her mate and my grandfather. He had blond hair and eyes shaped just like mine and my mother’s; the resemblance was striking. They both carried a unique aura, one I believed was common among White Wolves. Their expressions were a perfect mirror for the shock I was feeling. To see someone who looked just like me, other than my mom, felt surreal. The moment our eyes met, they both gasped. Mistress Iris took a step toward me, her movement was instinctive, I didn't think she even realized she was taking it."I can't believe this. You look just like your mother," Mistress Iris said,
Samantha’s POVI didn’t know what surprise awaited me next, but I had to be prepared every day. After everything I’d discovered since the night of the blue moon, I realized I was never meant to have an ordinary life.Alpha Thorne had told me the story of how he met my mother and why he had been banned from Nightveil ever since. It was no secret that the Southern packs were allowed entry into Nightveil twice a year, but the majority, if not all were declined entrance most of the times. On one of the rare occasions my father had been allowed into Nightveil, he discovered my mother was his mate. My grandmother, however, could not believe it and refused to accept their bond. She believed my mother would be mated to one of the males in their own pack, as it had always been. White wolves never mated outside their pack—and to a Lycan? To Iris, having a child with a Lycan meant their pure blood would be stained. Since my mother was her only child and the heir, she couldn't allow such a unio
Samantha's POVThe night moved along with entertainment like you'd never see in any other pack. I dared to say that the Silverbane Pack partied best, and now we were down to my favorite part: the couples' dance.Alaric's hands slid behind my waist, tugging me a little closer than the traditional di
Samantha''s POV"Huh?" I muttered raising my head to catch the curious gaze of alpha Thorne. His eyes looked like a ticking clock compelling me to give a response immediately. "Parents. You do have them, right? Don't lie." I was taken aback. How did he know I was tempted to?"I don't have any," I
Samantha's POVWe had left Ravenfur Pack and received confirmation of the release of Luna Tamia and my son, Adrian, the moment we arrived at the gates of the Silverbane Pack. I was relieved; we were both relieved. Adrian and Luna Tamia were now in the care of Adams, but the fact that I wasn't physi
Samantha's POVIt had been weeks since Alaric was imprisoned. Finn had kept me away from him and only gave me a duty to fulfill. In those weeks, I had to work day and night to figure out how to cure his father, Alpha Kael. I had endured sleepless nights, working out of desperation with Adams; I’d
