"It's Gabriel’s birthday tonight. He is throwing a party and we are invited. " Nathan said.

" Are you going?" I asked.

"Of course we have to . It will look kinda rude to reject Alpha's invitation while we are staying in his pack." Nathan laughed nervously.

"He is right. Kim, will you be my partner in today's event?" Aiden asked.

"Of course I will. What about you, Nat? Did you find any partner?" I asked.

"Please stop rubbing on my face every time, guys. I'm on my own. And in this pack , I can't go and pick a random girl." Nathan said.

"It's fine, it's not like we are restricted to enter the party without a partner. " Aiden said.

"I have arranged our outfits for the party." Nathan said.

"You are a Savior Nat." I grinned at him.

"Okay, guys, I'll see you at the party." Nat said and left.

"You should go and rest before party. You have outdone yourself in today's training. " Aiden ruffled my hairs. I nodded and headed back to my room. On my way back, I was yanked by my arm to a corner.

"What the hell!" I was ready to smack whoever did that to me. Before I could do that, he tied my hands above my head with his hand.

"What are you doing, Gabriel ? Leave me instantly. " I growled.

"I'm hurt. You didn't even wish me. Straight to fight." He said.

"I would have if you act like a normal person for once, not a creep ." I snapped at him.

"I want to be a normal person, but you don't let me talk to you that way. I have to force my way to have conversations with you." He stated.

"State your purpose and let me go." I spoke. He let go of my hands, but he kept his hands on the wall on both sides of me, making sure to cage me.

"I want you to be my partner tonight. " He said.

"Not happening, I have already found my partner. Even if I didn't, you still had no chance. Now leave." I said with irritation.

"You are not going with Aiden. Do you want the whole pack to see my mate choosing another man over me?" He is angry now.

"You pack would love me with anyone but you. So stop telling me what to do. You don't have any right. " I said, equally frustrated with his attitude.

"Why are you giving me a cold shoulder all the time? I know I didn’t find you earlier, but it's not totally my fault. You were the one to fled from the pack. You are always giving me this unnecessary attitude, and I'm tolerating it. I'm trying to fix things. You are being unfair towards me, Kimberly. " He said.

Unfair my foot. I want to dig his heart with a dagger for what he did to me. I'm leaving is alive is more than fair.

"I have made my stand clear. If you have that much problem with me coming with Aiden. I won’t set a foot at your party." I said and started to walk off.

"Okay, you can come with him." He exhaled with defeat.

Now I regret coming to this pack. Every day is a new drama. I can't wait to go back to Moon Valley. Away from Gabriel and his pack. They are giving me a headache. I thought to go easy on him today as it's his birthday, but he makes me lose my mind every time he opens his mouth. He always has to get on my nerves.
