"Gerald's mate ?" mumbling, he looked over at his Beta. "Max, did Gerald have a mate ?"

"We don't have any knowledge regarding his mate but there were rumors that he got himself a breeder," Max replied.

He looked back at the girl. She had a collar around her neck. It appears that the rumors about Gerald's hidden mate were accurate. That brought a new level of excitement to the situation.

He did not intend to kill any of these women. The wolves that were captured by him were integrated into his pack; nevertheless, he could use this as a way to play with her. It would send a message to the other packs if he used Gerald’s mate as a personal plaything.

"Why don't you have a mark on you?"

Her eyes flashed around in fright, and she said, "so that I couldn't run away. "

She was being really honest.

After that, he focused his attention on Nancy and proceeded to approach her menacingly. Nancy trembled as if she were a frightened mouse. The same way that he had done with Selena, he sniffed her skin.

"That jerk was fucking both of you," It was more of a statement than a question at that point.

He took a glance at the two different women. "Are there more members of his harem ?"

Selena and Nancy looked at each other unsure of what to say as they exchanged glances.

"Answer me !" He let out a shout.

"Just two of us!” Selena said.

He raised an eyebrow and then turned around to walk back to Selena.

"Interesting. What will you give me in exchange for me sparing them?” Cayden inquired, enjoying his scheme more and more as time went on. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards him.

"What do you want ?" Selena struggled against his advances. Cayden liked it. He fantasized about having her pinned down beneath him, striving to break free.

"What do I want ?" He mumbled.

He detected a new scent coming from her: desire. Even though she was terrified. She was aroused.

"Honey, it's not that hard to understand. You have to continue doing what you had been doing with Gerald. But with me.” He delighted in the way that she trembled beneath his touch and caressed her ass.

He then turned his attention to Max and issued the command, "Kill them."

"I will spare them if you become my plaything. Let me use you whatever way I want.”

“Ok.” Her voice was labored and out of breath. "However, I require reassurance that these will not be abused in any manner, nor will they be coerced into being anyone's plaything. You are free to do whatever you choose with me, but they will not be affected in any way.”

"It seems that the idea of you becoming my toy is appealing to you?" He grinned.

"I need a guarantee from you, Alpha. I want your word. “

Her stance was challenging and Cayden wondered how her wolf would feel. But it was too early to take off her collar. She was Gerald’s mate after all.

"Deal, I give my word," he said.

"For how long are you going to keep me?" Selena said in a monotone.

"Until I am tired of you. After that, you are free to go wherever you like."

“Free?” Her eyes widened. After spending the better part of her life confined, could she ever get the opportunity to break free?

"Ok," she mumbled to herself.

"Good girl." He teased her by saying, "I've always wanted my personal slut," and then he smiled at her.

She could feel the tears welling up inside her eyes. She was not going to show weakness in front of such a vile man.

Cayden issued a command, saying, "Now that we have agreed, take your clothes off."

He was well aware that he was being a jerk about it but she was Gerald’s mate. In addition to that, she required clarification regarding the nature of their future relationship. What he desired and what was expected from her.

Selena stood rooted in shock. Nudity among the wolves was not an issue. She had seen more than her fair share of naked men and women in the pack, but ordering someone else to undress was still embarrassing. She just stood there looking at him as if he had completely lost his mind.

"I guess you aren't serious about our arrangement," Cayden stated.

Selena was aware that she was in a difficult situation but had no other choice. Shit!

“Why are you doing this ?” She croaked.

“Come on! don’t be prissy like a human, when I make a deal I must know what I have bargained for. Do you want me to start killing them ?” he jerked his head at the women.

"No, wait! I, um, okay, "She let out a sigh.

Selena began to take her shirt off in a clumsy manner. It ended up on the ground, and she was left standing there wearing only a bra and pants. She slipped out of her jeans and prayed that her underwear didn't have any holes in it. It's not like she went out and bought a brand-new set every day.

While she was doing the most humiliating and demeaning act she had ever done in her life, he stared at her while leaning against the wall. She couldn't even recall disrobing like this with Gerald, he wasn’t much into foreplay.

The next thing to come off was her jeans and underwear. She was aware that she had sunk to a new level of humiliation. She felt like trash. She unhooked her bra carefully and it fell to the ground as she moved her hand around the circumference of her body.
