40. Change of Behavior
Few hours pass, but situation remains same. Mother's condition doesn't change. She has lost lots of blood. Doctors somehow stopped the bleeding, but they have shifted her to ICU for close monitoring.
I've sent Patricia home to take some rest because that girl was continuously weeping and I was scared she would pass out so I forced her to go home and come back later.
Ryan also went out for some time, said he'll be back in a while. I'm only one right now at the hospital, staying near mother. I'm not willing to go back to mansion at least not tonight. I can't just sleep in peace when here mother is fighting for her life.

I hear the familiar voice. I raise my head up and see Ashar is standing there.
Astoundingly, I stand up on my feet and face him. I press my lips together.

I sit on the passenger seat of Ashar's car. Resting my head on the seat, I gaze at the road traffic through my side of window as he starts the car."You shouldn't have come here." I move my watery eyes and notice Ashar is still there. He is talking with someone on his phone. When his eyes catch me, he gets staggered. I blink my eyes open, look around. Chilly feeling and car's room replay the last scenario. I immediately rise, settle my hair and come out of the car. Ashar comes to the hospital as he said so I go out to see him. He called me outside. He's leaned against his car. When he sees me, he stands straight and passes me a smile.
