It’s after lunchtime when I finally leave my mother’s room. Both Knox and Merrick came in and told me that they were going to the office for a few hours and that my guards will be keeping a close eye on things. I go to my closet to find some clothes to put on. I need to go be with my mother and try to make sense of everything. Opening the door, I find a clothing bag with my name on it that wasn’t there yesterday, so I unzip it and gasp. Inside is a beautiful white dress.
