Jeremy and I had breakfast before going into the car.

"I'm so late!. Thanks to you Stella" He groused and started the car, driving into the wet road.

I rolled my eyes. "You were the one wasting time infront of the mirror".

"Me? When did I ever do that?" He asked enthusiastically and I raised my hand to slap his face and he chuckled.

"Fine, I admit it. I just wanted to look good for work. It's not a crime, is it?" He chimed and I scoffed.

"You're so unpredictable!" I blurted.

He sped up and the car went faster. We got to the building and he parked by the parking lot.

We alight from the car and walked into the building. I was carrying Jeremy's briefcase. The whole lobby became dead quiet the moment we stepped in.
