CHAPTER THIRTY SIX

He replied as he stared blankly at her and watched my every movement.

"Okay, I will start now," I said as I carefully cleaned up the wound with the stuff I was holding. After that, I cleaned it up again for the second time, but during this period, Mr. Gavriel did not flinch for a single bit.

"You see, I told you it would not hurt you, and it didn't," I said as I looked up at Mr. Gavriel, expecting to hear a response, but I did not, I just found out that he had fallen asleep, and I smiled, why?

I brought out the ointment from the treatment kit and rubbed it on the wounded part and covered it with a fresh patch.

Then I covered him with a blanket, kept the treatment kit back in its normal position, and quickly closed the door behind me as I left his room.

I sluggishly walked down to the second floor as I opened my bedroom door and went inside.

I quickly took a cold shower as I jumped on the bed, and shortly afterward my eyes closed as the wind of sleep overwhelmed me.
