CHAPTER 2

NOAH'S  POV  :-

"Yes?" she asked sweetly.

God, her voice is also angelic. I would love to hear her angelic voice all day and all night. I would never get tired of this sweet melodic voice. 

"Excuse me, how may I help you?" She asked again, bringing me out of my reverie.

How can she help me? What should I tell her now? Why did I stop her? Because she is beautiful! Oh God if I tell her this, then she will think that I am a pervert. So, now what should I tell her? Think Noah, think!

"Excuse me. Do I know you?" Angel asked me, narrowing her beautiful eyes at me.

"No," I stated simply, without any reaction on my face.

"Then why did you stop me?" She asked again. But this time she sounded a bit frustrated.

What should I tell her now? Dammit!

"Listen mister, you are doing nothing but wasting my time. So please excuse me. I have to go," she said and with that she turned around and started walking away from me.

I was about to stop her when John's voice interrupted me,

"Sir, you are getting late for the meeting. Sara called and informed that Mr. Bence has been waiting for you." He told  me.

Dammit! I completely forgot about the meeting with one of my important clients, Mr. Bence. 

I immediately turned around and walked towards my car. I immediately got in the car, without wasting another minute. John did the same and got in the car. He started the car and soon we were on the main road.

~ 2 days later ~

"What's wrong, my son?" My dad's concerned voice brought me back to reality. 

Since the day I saw that girl, I am not able to take her out of my mind. Her angelic voice keeps ringing in my ears. Whenever I close my eyes, the only person I can see is her. I cannot concentrate on my work. I tried very hard to get her out of my system, but I just can't. Even in meeting with Mr. Bence, I kept thinking about her. Mr. Bence was completely disappointed with me. But luckily Dean, my cousin and co-CEO of our company handled everything at the last. 

This company was established by my grandfather. After my grandfather died, my father, Kristian, and my uncle, George, took over the company. And now this company is together run by all the four of us, me, my dad, George and his son Dean. Dean is like a brother to me. But more than that, he is my best friend. After seeing me so worried and lost out, he suggested that we should go and find that mystery girl. We went to the same place, where I first saw her, but did not find her there. We went to many places of the city, but no one knew about her. It was like she came in my life from nowhere. I am not able to find her anywhere in this damn city. We have been searching for her since last two days, but we cannot even find a trace of her. It is like she has just disappeared from this city. Oh God, I will surely become mad, if I don't find her soon. What has she done to me? I mean, just look at me. I have dark patches below my eyes, due to lack of sleep. My hair are messy. I have little stubble on my face. My mind is just captured by some mystery girl. I am sure that I just look like a love-sick puppy. But I can't help it. Right now, I am in my huge office with my dad, George and Dean talking to me, but still the only person which occupies my mind is her. Will I ever get to see her again?

"We could not find her Kris! It is like she has suddenly disappeared from this city." Dean told my dad. His voice was filled with disappointment.

My dad sighed and placed his hand on my shoulder,

"Son, don't worry. I have never seen you like this before. This girl has changed you. She really must be very different and special from all the other girls. She has captured your mind, which no other girl has ever done before. I really hope that you will soon find her. Just don't loose hope, son. I cannot see you like this, my son." Dad said and hugged me tightly. I just nodded my head in approval.

Yes, I will not loose hope and anyhow find her. I will not stop until I find her. That is my promise to myself!
