My eyes shot open.

But there was something different about me.

“What did you do to me!!!?”

I was shocked, my voice was different. It was like everything else was in slow motion and why did I crave… blood?

My eyes were directed on the witch who looked smug but once she met my gaze her smug look turned nervous.

I was in front of her within the blink of an eye and I held her by the throat choking her.

My reflexes were now too fast for her to perform any sort of spell on me.

“I know what you want Nova… Let me go and I will make sure that you get all the blood that you could possibly want”

At the mention of blood I dropped her. I wanted it, I craved it even like if I did not have it soon I would combust.

She disappeared somewhere and when she reappeared, she had two pouches of blood in her hand.

“Give me that blood!”

I sounded like a savage.

I snatched it from her so fast and took them both in my mouth draining them at the same time.
