Stormee Adalwulf

After the announcement that the king was severely injured and the possibility of him not making it, the entire realm entered a period of mourning. He was not gone yet, but you could feel the shift in the atmosphere. The people were not as cheerful or as lively as before.

The council called me for a meeting, and I was getting ready to face them with the absurd request we had agreed on.

I changed into a regal robe and went to the council chambers. I was announced, and the door opened for me. I stared at my chair, feeling the empty spot beside me. Als's chair stood there, proud and unmoving—a bitter reminder of his absence.

The council stood up to welcome me, and immediately, Galabriel and Aerin walked towards me and hugged me. I knew Al would recover, but how they handled this broke my heart. My mate was loved by his people.

"Thanks for being here, Your Majesty," Snael said. I nodded, taking my place beside the empty spot my ma

Stormee AdalwulfAl was up but still in the hospital. We were sure it was not safe for him to walk out of the hospital or teleport from the hospital to our home and risk being spotted by prying eyes or a spy within the castle staff. At least in the hospital, every person assigned to Aelfred´s care was under royal Beta command, and thus, they could not reveal the king's true status.Whenever I did something reckless, I noticed more dark elves following me. The girls and I were aware of the plan's risks and conscious of what might come our way unexpectedly. The following day after the shopping trip, I decided to book a spa day. Yes, something booked and something that purposely will be leaked to Audon, hoping he will attack. I called the SPA, and Vamir commanded all the staff to comply with the plan. Me, mom, Aunty Paige, and the girls will be there as customers. The staff will not be there. Instead, we will have several female agents posing as massag

Stormee AdalwulfPhase one - DoneThe idiot thinks I am stupid enough to allow him back for free. Of course, his place is wired, and I know everything is happening behind my back. I might look naive, but I am far from it.Al remained in his hospital guard. Vamir guarded him; either I was there or Vamir. I wouldn't risk leaving him under strangers' care, knowing Audon was after my family—my mate, my unborn pup, and me.It was now time to expose myself and make myself look vulnerable in Phase Two. The first stop is a public shopping trip, followed by a couple of other events that will be publicly scheduled. That way, Audon will feel confident enough to make a bold move. Like my mother said, you hit his pride, and now he will want to find an opening to strike, but he won't strike on the first chance. He will wait for the right time, so the more occasions we create, the better to speed up his movement. We can't leave Al in bed for long, waiting f

Stormee Adalwulf"Alright, I have called you all here, because we need to devise the perfect plan," I said, and everyone looked at me as if I had grown a second head—everyone except Vamir."Sweetie, perfect plan for what?" my mother asked, and I nodded."It's good for you to ask, Mom. I need your amazing mind and strategic vision," I said, and she nodded."Alright, here is the deal. My mate and I can communicate even if he is sedated. We discussed things and believe we are reaching a breaking point," I said, and my parents, uncle, aunt, and our close team heard with attention."Al wants me to make Audon believe he will not make it. He is close to death," Vamir said. My father looked at him and then at me, finally focusing on Al's resting form.´He is pissed,´ Al said inside my head, and I laughed hysterically."I don't know what you find so funny or amusing," my father huffed, and I sighed."Daddy, control you

AelfredOnly a royal has the power to communicate with others while sedated. Our magic is way too powerful. When I felt her enter the room, I wanted to tell her I was still there and would make it. I had a desperate need to assure her that she was not alone...I also needed our bond, and her closeness to recover faster. Despite not being a fairy, she had special powers and magic within her, and I could feel them through our bond. Nature gave her elemental powers, and my magic feeds on nature. Her powers could feed my magic and renovate it faster than any medicine the doctors could administer. She lay beside me, and I could feel her powers working on me. I asked her to rest, because she would be helping me, and her body was also creating life.I felt her relax in my arms and could sense how much she needed me. She was tired, as if she couldn't sleep. She would tell me she had missed me, and I am sure I had missed her.The fear of feeling my life sli

Stormee AdalwulfThe following day, I woke up feeling the cold empty spot on the bed—the spot where my husband used to wake up beside me. I had hoped everything was a nightmare, but that empty spot confirmed it was not. Aelfred had been wounded, and he was in the hospital.I jumped out of bed, there was no time to grieve over yesterday's events. I needed to be beside him, and as the Queen, needed to find the bastards that dared attack us, and wound my husband.I was determined to find out what was happening, and I will. I am Stormee fucking Adalwülf. I took a shower and dressed in comfortable clothes. I had a busy day ahead, so I rushed downstairs, only to be greeted by my parents."Where do you think you are going this early without a proper breakfast?" My mother said, and I huffed. I was a fucking queen, and she was treating me like a little girl."Mom!" I dragged the o´s to give it that annoying whining effect that grated her ne
