Declan stopped in front of the metallic door of a house with Aeris still firmly cocooned in his arm. His eyes were drowsy from lack of sleep, they had walked half the night to this place and they were obviously exhausted, even Aeris who had been in his arms. Aeris lids were already hugging in am attempt to sleep but she was holding it back constantly flipping her eyes that was heavy with sleep open so she doesn't add extra weight on Declan.. She felt his arms were hurting even if she didn't ask him.. It must hurt a lot.
