My Ride or Dies
*Monroe's POV*
A few hours, some more drinks, and 2 pizzas later, we decide to start getting ready. We decide on outfits first. Maddy tried on every single thing she brought and some of my clothes and then spent ages making me and Charlie her personal barbies until we all agreed on our final outfit choices.
Maddy decided that she loved my tattoos and wanted to show as many of them as possible so I ended up in a very short high waisted black leather skirt and a fitted dark blue lacy crop top with multiple straps that criss-cross at the back. I had to admit, I did look pretty good.
Charlie ended up in an fitted emerald green off the shoulder shirt that brought out the reddish tone in her hair and a pair of black skinny jeans. When she first started trying on clothes, we were both a bit shocked. and I couldn’t help but agree when Maddy said, “Damn girl, where have you been hiding this hot body?! You gotta dress up more often!”

*Monroe's POV*When we pull up to the house, we can hear the bass from the music playing inside, and there are cars lining the street. Good, we’re not the first ones here. How awkward would that have been? *Monroe's POV*Once we make it to my place, I help them both take off their makeup and change into pajamas and get them into bed, leaving water and painkillers on each of their night stands. When I crawl into bed, my head is still buzzing a little from the alcohol and I can’t stop thinking about the way my body felt when Cade kissed me. Never before has a kiss had that kind of effect on me. I think about how good his body felt against mine and I fall asleep dreaming about him.When I wake up the next morning I see that it’s almost 8:30 and I thank myself for turning off my alarm last night. Stretching and yawning, I extract myself from the covers and hear the dogs groan as they spread out. I make my way into the kitchen to start up the coffee maker.
