Chapter eleven

ARIANA’s POV…

I couldn’t believe this, he’d fooled me. He’d made me believe that he was hurt, he’d fallen down the stairs and if fallen for it. How could I have been so foolish?

“Oh you’re here, didn’t think you’d be back so soon” he said with a smile. “Give me a minute, I’ll be done with this call” he said as he walked to the window and I staggered back in shock.

He had betrayed me, he’d lied to me and here he was, acting like nothing had happened, acting like I stayed with him and acting like I was some maid that he could keep on hold for a long time.

Angry at the fact that he’d fooled me and frustrated by the fact that I didn’t get to see my parents and explain to them, I walked to him and yanked the phone at him before throwing it to the floor in anger. “What do you even think of yourself?” I yelled at him as I stared at him in anger.

He stared at me, “don’t ever try that again” he told me before bending to pick his phone. “Luckily, my phone is shatter proof “ he told me coldly
