Austin's POV
I am standing here in front of the Imperial Hospital, Quianna should insured her life as she's always entering hospital since the day we've met. I directly headed towards the information desk and asked the room of Quianna. When the lady gave me the room number, I immediately walked towards the elevator and calmly pressed the floor button where the room is located. This time, I think we should stop thinking that everything is happening unusual, for it was really unusual. We should start asking how it happened and who's behind it, that's my agenda with Quianna today.
"Come in." she said upon knocking once.
"You knew that I'm on my way here?" I asked her immediately and put a basket of fruits on the table beside her.
"Yeah, Dylan told me." she answered and scanned the basket.
"You don't have to bring something like this." She said and started picking the grapes.
"This will be the last, can you stop going to hospital?" I sarcastically said to her.
"You think I love these things happening around me? I experienced some supernatural events again." She complaints while munching.
"What happened with you?" I asked then sat on the chair beside her.
"I should be the witnessed of the car accident and later I saw myself bleeding all around, can you imagine that?" she said to me and I just chuckles.
"Why are you laughing? Dylan put my employment on hold because of these events!" she exclaimed.
"I think you should resign, permanently." I suggested and I saw her confused.
"Stop saying that, I feel like Dylan wanted me to resign also." She answered while pouting her lips.
"We have to focus to our own investigation." I said to her seriously.
"What do you mean? Did you learn anything?"
"I had our very first evidence or just hint where to start." I said then showed her my phone.
"Who's this?" she asked after scanning the photo coming from the CCTV recording.
"I also don't know." I plainly answer.
"Then, how did this become the first hint?" she said, and I scrolled it down, showing the picture of file given by Drew.
"He's dead but how could he be at the terror attack? Being alive and in flesh?" I explained to her.
"So, are we dealing with ghosts?" she asked innocently.
"Realistically, no. but supernaturally, yes." I answered and looked at me again confused.
"We should start knowing who this person is, why did he die and his outside connections."
"So, to sum it up, it's all your job." She said nonchalantly and just grabbing the whole bunch of grapes.
"So, do I have to resign also?" I jokingly said to her.
"Well, if it's necessary." She just looked at me emotionless.
"Shut up, just help me. it's your father's case, remember?" I said to her, and she just released a deep sigh.
"Actually, I have no idea what's my father's job, why is all the things he does is always a secret, where is he going, who are his colleagues and even which company is he." She explained.
"But your father own's this hospital, right?" I asked.
"No, this hospital is my grandfather's, father of my mom. Mom inherited it and dad is just a medical practitioner here."
"Then, why are you working at a food company?"
"I have no interests in medical. I can't have the burden to save every patient I may have." She explained sadly.
"Is that so? But I really think you should stop working at that company. This hospital much needs you." I said to her.
"How can you say that?"
"I believe board members are being unstable right now. Knowing that your father died, you don't have any support coming from the doctors itself." I explained then gave her some water.
"So, should I talk to doctors?" she asked.
"Yes, and solve your father's case. After all, I am very much interested of who's behind those unusual messages." I said to her and she just smiled.
"Yeah, me too. I think you should go for now." She said. I looked at the wall clock and it's almost time for visitors to leave the hospital.
"Alright, then I'll be waiting for your recovery." I said then said her goodbyes.
Yana's POV (The other Quianna)
I can see that she decided to team up with Austin, this is the best choice she has and the choice I should've done in the first place. I really should help them to get through this case and I should warn her about the evilness of that guy. I can't believe it even if we are living in different world, I should've seen all the meanings behind his words to me, I am such an idiot.
I followed Austin after he talked to Quianna at the hospital. I should also protect him, even if I'll be leaving this world soon. Both of them may be wondering how and why I am sending them both messages that states the future happenings. I came from the future as anyone would guess, and I failed with this mission because of one choice I made at the beginning. I continue discovering things of why and how deaths happened unexpectedly, but I cannot catch them by myself.
I see myself standing in front of the police station, maybe Austin came back from his first investigation. I am relieved that he saw that man in the CCTV recording, the thing I ignored when it happened to me. I just waited for the police to find the killer until he's been discovered cold and lifeless, my first regret after that incident happened. I stare at the signage of police station 'Police of the people, protectors of nation', they should be embarrassed of how they made my life miserable, how I wanted to end my life.
But I found hope, I found Aina who's been living between two worlds. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it happened. She approached me mistaking that I am the Quianna living with her, when she knew about my situation, having no one to rely on, she offered me to spend my days living with her. In my world, Aina is dead and it's my fault of why it happened. When I saw her again, I cried all night while staring at her place, then a glitch happened. I never knew, my other self, living in this world would spend her night with Aina. If I did not saw Dylan coming in at the apartment, I would've made myself died before I finished my revenge. In these parallel worlds, Aina is our commonality, the person who will always accept me even if I have different versions of me.
I went back here at Aina's apartment, I know shouldn't be staying here knowing that this world's Quianna might come back again. But I have no choice, I cannot let myself seen by other people who came from other worlds. The man Austin saw came from this world but I don't know why he's dead by the records, looks like the fusion is near.
"Quianna!" Aina yelled at me and she's about to enter her apartment.
"Hi Aina." I just greeted back.
"Let's go in and have dinner." She offered me, but not this time. She's not meant to stay in her apartment.
*Phone rings*
"Hello Dylan?" she said upon answering the phone. When she answered that, I vanished from her sight erasing the memories she has. I can erase memories, if I hold the hand of a person from different world as mine, I can alter their thoughts and erase their memories, by this way, time paradox would not happen.
"What happened to Quianna?" I heard she exclaimed. Yeah, she should be staying at this world's Quianna and not by mine.
"Alright, I'll be right there immediately." She said then ended the call. I saw her fetching some taxi on her way to the hospital.
I continue wandering on places that this world has to offer. This is really the same as mine, the difference is that I am not alone here. I have my friends, my partner, and my mother. I also fetch some taxi and told the driver to go to the Imperial Estate, place where our house is located. I missed mom and I missed the place where I lived. Upon arriving I secretly peek through the glass windows of the house, checking if mom is home. Oh right, she also visited me that day, so I guess she's still at the hospital right now. To avoid any confusion of why I am hospitalized today, I got into an accident at the playground, this is the day I knew that mom died, got shocked and crashed at the place. But today is different, someone drove the car, but I still have no idea why I am still hospitalized, and that woman vanished. Did she come from my world? If yes, then I really should help them. If by any chance, I should find way on who to closely interact with them and tell everything before it's too late.

Quianna’s POVI started driving quick beyond the maximum when Austin texted me the location of the accident. I was nervous, scared and even unstable at the same time, but I do not have the time to be weak. I thought I already overcame those struggles, Aina lived after that day, Austin also lived even though I am not still sure if he died in the other world. But Dylan, he do not have the right to feel comfortable or even relaxed knowing that there is no direct evidence, in the beginning. But now, Aina got another one, but her life became in danger, I do not deserve to be called as her best friend or even the one to receive those messages.I arrived at the location of the accident, and I saw a car parked in the middle of the road and somewhat little smoke was coming out from the front of that car. I quickly get off and run towards the driver’s seat to check if Aina was still there, but she was not. I was in mental breakdown, do not know what to think, my mind
Quianna’s POVI stayed on the ground as long as I wanted, my tears were already dried because of the cold gusting wind of the night but I am still here on my knees. I looked up in the sky and it was dark grey in color, despite of the night being calm, I could still sense its gloominess. I slowly stood up as I decided to go back to the ward, I should be doing another plan of catching Dylan’s tail instead of sitting in this place alone and crying. I do not have the time to feel the pain, to feel the sadness, to feel the pain that both of us were having. It was all pointless.I walked towards the door and turned the doorknob slowly, when someone at the other side pulled the door and I forcedly let the door opened without me exerting any kind of effort. I stood firm as I looked of who could that person be. I smiled weakly when I recognized his cold face staring back at me. He slowly walked towards me and I was just waiting for him to arrive in front of m
Quianna’s POVI sat on the couch here in the VIP ward where Austin was resting, I personally asked for this room as a private place for the four of us to talk about the plans. In this separated room from the others, as well as from the other wards, no one could ever notice the people who would go in and out from this place of the hospital. This is exclusively made for the family, a ward that all of the relatives could go whenever something happened- and now that I do not have any family now, I could use this to whoever I wanted.I looked on Austin and he was comfortably lying on the bed while sleeping. It is already past midnight but I cannot sleep. I have to think straight and plan my next move, the enemies would not stay still knowing that their mission of killing Austin, the thing that they expected will happen did not take place in this version of the parallel world.I heard pairs of footsteps from the outside and walking towards this direction. I quic
Quianna’s POVThe clock struck on midnight and I am the only one staying in the house. Because of the conflict that our group made, every one of them has their own thing to be done, or to do just to save me in this hell. I was sitting on the cold tiled floor at the living room and leaning my back against the couch I am trying to fit myself in between the glass centerpiece and the long couch in this part of the house. In front of me was a huge transparent fiber glass window, but it was open halfway leading the cold evening breeze coming in as the white plain curtains were moving in the shadow. It was pitch black inside the house, I have been here since Aina left hours after Aaron and Jason did, she said that she has something to do for the case that he now has to leave. Not saying anything to me or even a hint, she left without turning back. I only kept on staring blankly, letting out deep sigh of worries and frustrations not only for the situation we are in but m
Austin’s POVI looked around the crime scene, just judging by the look of the room, I guess there had been a fight that leads for his demise. Aaron keeps walking around even if the only thing that he should be checking is the drawers of this table, I searched all of it, even the insides and under of the furniture, to check if there could be any secret compartment- but there is none. The forensics might also get the results from the prints they got in this room, Aaron is glancing over me and I realized that we got the conversation we are needing right now. I nodded at him and both of us went out from the room, stood by the end of the hallway and even look around checking for people who might eavesdrop from our conversation.“What happened?” I asked to him and leaned on the wall.“When Jason and I got in the room, he is already dead.” He answered to me.“Not that one.” I said and he looked at me.“What
Austin’s POVIt was a brief confusing moment for me, why the regional office would open that case again, and on top of that, it looks like a confidential and close investigation to me. She stares at me as I looked at her in my puzzled look, I do not want to any anything, as I might say something that I was keeping to myself- Yana’s case is not known to anyone, especially to the police force. As what Yana said to all of us, this case is extra special, not only that it does not have a direct suspect, but at the same time evidence are difficult to find.Child murderer, that is the name of the case in which Dylan was connected to. Based on the database, he is the victim of that crime but the name was telling something otherwise. His mother committed suicide but the only one who witnessed that crime was himself, Dylan- in which should be the witness not labeled as the murderer.“Why would that case resurface again?” I asked to her and she plai
