The files I had to sign were stacked up on my desk when I arrived at the office. As I was signing the document after checking it, my office telephone ringed. Seeing that the call is coming from the conference hall, I picked up the call with the thought it might be kannan.

“Hello kannu.” I voiced out.

“ Madam.. All the directors are in the conference hall, and they are waiting for your presence to begin the meeting.” Kannan told me in hard tone from the other side of the phone.

“ Okay.. I'm coming.” I replied and cut the call.

I got up from the chair and picked up my mobile in my hand and went to the conference hall. All the directors got up from their chairs when they noticed me. I gestured them to sit down and walk towards the chair which is placed at the head of the table and sat in it with one leg over other position. Everyone sat down after I seated. I kept my mobile in the table and placed my elbows on the handrail of the chair and kept my fingers in steepled positio
