It was her sister, Raven.

And the moment Aspen locked eyes with her, she quickly found a way to stop her tears.

Crying in front of her enemy was the worst thing she could do in such difficult times.

“It is you, right? You changed your mask.” Something was off in Raven's speech. The woman wasn't acting as though she already knew Aspen's true identity. And that begged the question of whether the woman was pretending or if she truly didn't know about Aspen's identity reveal.

But if the latter was the case, that would be ridiculous. Aspen was certain that everyone in the palace would have been entranced about the news of a doctor from The Rebel Pack who attempted to kill the Luna Queen. Certainly, the news, both true and false, would have gone beyond the walls of the palace.
