Elena’s POV

The battlefield was painted in blood.

Ashes floated in the air like winter snow, but there was no beauty in it, only death and blood. The red hue of the blood moon cast long shadows over the broken bodies of dead armies lying lifelessly on different corners of the Northern Range pack battle ground.

And at my feet, Kairos lay still.

I stood above him, chest rising and falling with rage and grief, his once sharp eyes were dim now, blood pooling beneath his twisted frame. His wickedness was the deepest cut. How could a person kill his fellow human and use her to get more strength, while her body is preserved... To keep the power going..

Seeing him had to bring little Cael to my heart, I just smiled, remembering how cute and sweet he is, nothing close to his wicked father, Kairos.

My gaze returned to Kairos..

I'm sorry Kairos, I had to choose the war.

I warned you, Kairos, I whispered, my voice cracking. You should have stayed in the shadows.

He coughed weakly, bloo

Epilogue Elena’s POV The night sky stretched endlessly above us, painted in hues of silver and indigo. The moon, our eternal witness, hung low and full, bathing the Black Mountain Palace in its glow. From the balcony, I could see the pack’s land spread out like a living tapestry, the glimmer of lanterns, the faint sound of laughter in the distance, and the rustling of trees swayed gently by the cool night breeze. Peace. For the first time in what felt like centuries, there was peace. I rested both hands on the curve of my belly, the life inside me moving gently, reminding me of the miracle that was soon to arrive. My bump was no longer subtle, it blossomed, announcing to the world the new chapter of my life. A mother.... A Luna.. A sister restored.... A warrior finally at rest... Strong arms encircled me from behind, and I immediately leaned into his warmth. Lykan’s presence had always been like that, solid, grounding, fierce yet tender. He placed a palm over my stomach, feelin

Sophia’s POV The D-Day. The long-awaited day had finally come, the wedding ceremony of Alpha Dino and me, his chosen Luna. Even the air seemed to hum with excitement as if the goddess herself had breathed blessings into the winds that drifted across the Northern Range Pack. The palace grounds were overflowing with people. Many invitees strolled in, their robes glimmering beneath the golden rays of the afternoon sun. The walls of the palace shimmered with fine silk drapes of emerald and gold, each banner embroidered with the sigil of the pack, the crescent moon cradling the wolf. The scents of roasted meat, honey wine, and spiced herbs clung to the air, mingling with the rhythm of the drums that echoed through the great courtyard. The atmosphere was indeed magical, warm, full of life, and yet charged with a depth that made my heart tremble. I stood at one of the windows in my chamber, looking down at the gathering, and for the briefest moment, a sharp ache settled in my chest. My

Sophia’s POV The palace was alive with movement, a steady rhythm of footsteps, chatter, and clattering tools echoed through the grand hallways. Everywhere I turned, there were people, maids rushing with baskets of linens, guards standing alert with polished armor, decorators adjusting silk drapes and chandeliers. It felt as if the walls were preparing for something monumental, humming with anticipation. I stood still for a moment, watching it all. My heart beat unevenly, a mixture of awe and nervousness, because this wasn’t just any preparation, it was for me, for us, me and Dino. The scent of roasted meat wafted from the kitchens, mingling with the fragrance of fresh flowers being arranged in massive golden vases. Servants bustled with trays of fruits and wine, and in the far end of the hall, a seamstress bent over fabrics meant for the attendants. The atmosphere was so rich, so filled with life, that I almost forgot to breathe. You like the designs? The voice came from behind

Sophia’s POV The sunlight filtered through the tall windows of my chamber, warm and golden, gently coaxing me awake. I blinked slowly, the events of the previous day flooding back into my mind: Lady Evelyn and Ma’am Lilian’s late-night visit, Dino’s knock on my door, his whispered I love you. Ohhhh, that part is just me fantasizing. I smiled after remembering it. I sat up slowly, stretching my arms. Today was the day the wedding planner was coming, according to the people who wanted the wedding more badly than those who were getting married. A soft knock pulled me from my thoughts. Come in, I said. Standing in front of the door was Mila, already dressed in a bright yellow gown, her hair tied in two bouncy buns. Wake up, Sleeping Beauty. The palace is already buzzing. I raised a brow. Buzzing??? I thought it was meant to be just a wedding planner, where I get to decide how I want the wedding and decorations to look like?? Yes, the wedding planner is downstairs. She came with

Sophia POV The journey from the Black Mountain Pack to my parents' home, and then back again, had left me utterly drained. The constant travel, the emotional farewells, and the anticipation of what lay ahead weighed heavily on me. All I could think of was a soothing bath followed by the comfort of my bed. As I stepped into my chamber, the familiar scent of lavender greeted me, offering a semblance of peace. How I had missed the palace, the comfort of my chamber, and my soft bed. I began to unfasten my cloak, the soft rustle of fabric the only sound in the room. Just as I reached for my robe, the door creaked open. Lady Evelyn and Ma'am Lilian entered, their faces alight with warmth and mischief. Hope we didn't disrupt any important moment, Lady Evelyn said with a playful smile. Not at all, ma'am, I replied, surprised but pleased by their visit. I was just about to take a bath and then head to bed. Oh, nice one then. Bath can wait, Ma'am Lilian chimed in, her eyes twinkling. Dino POV The journey to the Northern Range Pack wasn't far, but night had already cloaked the land in its cool embrace. The breeze whispered through the trees, carrying with it the scents of pine and distant hearth fires. The stars shimmered above, their light dancing on the path ahead. Sophia shivered slightly, and without hesitation, I guided my horse closer to hers. Come, I said gently, reaching out. She looked at me, her eyes reflecting the starlight, and nodded. I helped her onto my horse, wrapping my cloak around us both. She nestled against me, her warmth seeping into my chest, her heartbeat a soothing rhythm against my own. As we rode, her breathing slowed, and soon she drifted into sleep. Her face, illuminated by the moonlight, was serene, a picture of peace and trust. I couldn't help but smile, feeling a profound sense of contentment. The palace gates loomed ahead, their silhouettes stark against the night sky. The guards, recognizing us, stepped forward and opened the
