The main office of the hotel and resort company owned by chairman Ruiz was located at the penthouse of one of the tallest buildings in the metropolis. It occupies the ten floors where all the departments were grouped and managed by the CEO who reports daily to the chairman. It is also the CEO's job to update the chairman with even the smallest detail regarding their business which had grown so big that they are actually looking for expansion in the nearby Asian countries. One morning, CEO Gonzales went to the chairman and asked him about some matters regarding some opposition to their newly launched project which was a hotel with a resort and restaurant which they planned to build on an area outside the city. The rain stopped completely. Lots of people are already rushing into each of their destinations with no more worries of another traffic or flood. Although there is still some flood and a little bit of traffic in most of the areas in the metropolis, the scenario is much better now.
