With that said, Theo ushered Nina towards the elevators. She quietly followed after him, too stunned to speak anything. Inside the safety of the elevator, Theo let go of Nina and pushed his hair back with frustration. He is still reeling with shock to see Nova with Nina. He knows what Nova can do. He saw it happen one too many times. Manipulation, cheating, blackmail, threatening, he uses every other vile method he needs to acquire what he needs. Until that moment, he never cared what Nova did, because he never cared about the people who became Nova's victim's. But Nina is different. She is not someone who should even go near Nova's shadow. She will be tainted. Theo cannot allow that to happen.

"Hey, are you alright" Nina inquired gently when she saw that something was bothering Theo.
