Author pov

Romina huddled down on her bed, she was feeling cold.

She has been indoors for one week since Carlos travel for a business trip, she carves to be with her family but Carlos will not let her go.

She stood up and went to the bathroom to fresh up.

After that, Romina went down to grab a cup of coffee but along the lines, she almost pushed Mike down.

"Are you blind?"Mike said with an angry expression.

A chill  went down Romina arms, she has never seen a hatred more raw in anyone's eyes before.

Mike hate her so much.

"Are you blind?"Mike repeated his questions again.

She raised her chins definitely, saying nothing.

"My father wants to see you in the next few minutes,be ready to accept him"Mike announced before walking away.

Fear slid through her, she isn't ready to face Carlo's father.

10 minutes later..

The sun  is almost down when Romina heard footsteps.

Sounds of footsteps.... and then the door went open.

It was only him,his wife didn't come along.

Suddenly,her cold room was no longer cold..... she raised her eyes and stared at him wondering why he came to her room instead of sending for her.

"It has been two years, you got married to my son and yet no sign of child bearing?"he suddenly said.

Romina was suprised to hear that,her voice trailed off Immediately.
