"Honey, wake up!" the voice whispered continuously in her ear, and then there was the smell of perfume in her nose.

Angel squirmed and tried to open her eyes, freeing herself from the darkness that engulfed her.

When she opened her eyes, she came face to face with Dave. Angel immediately frowned. Was Dave who called her “honey” just now? Was she just dreaming?

“You fainted earlier. Are you okay?” Dave asked quietly. Angel had apparently been laid in the back seat of his car.

She nervously sat up, and then cast her eyes towards her house. The fire had been extinguished and now only black smoke was left from the water spray that billowed upwards. Her heart was sore and sliced, very sad. It was as if the fire had forcibly erased all her memories.

She sadly held back the tears that were starting to well up in her eyes.

"I'm fine," she mumbled hoarsely.

Dave sighed, looking relieved. “What about your stomach?
