Ivy POV
Finally I got to punch in those people's faces with having a mate. I'm no more single.
"You're gonna get down that couch or not?" Evelyn asked with a defeated look.
I cleared my throat, getting down with a jump. I was excited and happy that I finally have a mate and I don't have to watch my sister and her mate being lovey dovey everywhere.
I hardly let them be. How? I annoy her.
"You know, you're acting like a kid as soon as you found your mate. I wasn't even like that." Alpha Ivan chuckled, patting my head.
I groaned, covering the growl that was threatening to come out. No, I'm not like my s
Ivy's POV"Okay... so how should I do this?" I asked Alpha Gray as they all sat surrounding me.I feel like I'm being sacrificed rather than trying to get a signal connection from my twin sister."Try to hear out to her, focus on her." Alpha Gray shrugged as I frowned at him.I blinked in confusion, not getting what he meant."Okay..." I closed my eyes, focusing on Clara doing something but all I got was nothing."Use some force," Janice suggested.I nodded, tightening my muscles and hoping it worked but all I got was signal weak."You look like constipated," Evelyn commented, snorting.I groaned, opening my eyes and getting up as I threw my hands in the air, exaggerating the idea of being useless."This is nonsense. Do you even know if this thing works?" I huffed.Alpha shrugged again, standing up to my height. "No."I blinked in surprise, pursing my lips at his answer.
Ivy POVWe were all here, sitting with a serious expression plastered on everyone's faces as I cracked my knuckles, exhaling the air of tension. The air in the atmosphere was thick that it can't be cut down by a sharp axe. It was this serious discussion that started to expose the true colors of biasing. If this were to go on and doesn't have an ending conclusion, we were expecting a war to throw out."I go for iPhone!" Janice threw her weapon of hand, rock, which we call, Rock-paper-scissors.I threw paper, secretly reading my mate's mind through Alpha Gray's help. I can't read her mind before the marking. The mate bond was there but it needs to get s
Clara POV My head's been spinning and spinning. No, it wasn't because of some spiked up drink or a little magic thrown on me to get dizzy and have a blackout. It wasn't either by someone smacking my head with a pan like in Tangled because that is something you don't see every day and last time I did that, I got charged community service for the whole summer. It was still cool though. "Attack the queen." Eclipse commanded, rightly serious about the situation we weren't ready to back down. She has slowly recovered from all that trouble of blocking her out by some bewitched food which hardly worked on us. I don't know how, but maybe it was some temporary thing? Ivy seemed to mind-link with me perfectly fine. I wonder why Ivan didn't try to contact me after hours of nothing but pure torture of shopping. I didn't take Esmeralda for one to buy heaps of clothes or ornaments but she amazed me. The old lady could stand perfectly well with those high heels while I dragged my feet as my he
Clara POVI hogged on the chicken, gulping it hungrily and to beat my grandmother who surprisingly was winning when she was acting like some posh lady. Is she secretly using magic to win against me?"More water please!" I ordered, slamming the empty glass against the table. I pushed a piece in my mouth though my stomach wasn't ready to take in another piece.I might puke this all later because I was already feeling like blacking out from the heaviness that oil had. But then, I won't ever get a chance like this to eat again. They were giving off free Chicken pieces- okay not really but Esmeralda was ready to pay it all for me. All my job was to stuff every little piece of chicken in my mouth, if possible, eat the bones as well.Well, if they were cherry bones then I would've eaten it. I sound very hungry. The people around us cheered, hyping me up or maybe laughing at how I was miserably losing."Can I have some coke
Ivy POV "So, now what? We search for her or we go home because," Clara yawned, stretching her arms, "I'm sleepy." I rolled my eyes, taking the nearest glass water that was left untouched. A smirk grew on my lips as I thought of the evilest thing. Well, it's not the evilest thing but doing anything to your sibling that results in annoying them or making them frustrated- in short, all kinds of torture- is evil. I positioned the glass at her before calling her, "Hey, Clara. See this." She turned to my right as I threw the big glass of water on her, earning a loud gasp and the bubble of volcano soon to be erupting from her. I quickly scrambled away, at a safe distance from her. Ivan just ignored us and took a seat on one of the empty tables. "Call me when you guys are done." He said, switching on his phone and gazing at the screen. "Why did you do that!" Clara shouted, finally giving a reaction as her face reddened with the amount of anger bubbling in her. I laughed, flipping my n
Ivy's POV"It was your mate's idea.""It was your friend's idea."We both said simultaneously, pointing at each other. Well, I don't know where I was pointing since the clothes she threw on me were still over my head.Someone pulled away from the clothes from my head, dropping them down. It was Alpha Ivan. I'm gonna die with Clara now and I'm not ready to share the grave along with her."Personal space. Periodt."I bit my lips trying to not snort at the way my wolf mimicked a girl's voice and I could practically imagine the way he said it."I knew I couldn't leave you both alone. You guys are never serious." Ivan complained, rubbing his face in frustration as he paced around.Well, we didn't come with a warning on what happens when twins are born.We both shrugged, "What's the fun if we're serious?" Clara spoke for both of us.Ivan pursed his lips, stopping his pacing as h
Ivy's POVHere we are. Oh wait, I meant we're here in the mall of fears as my sister has labeled it. It's kind of cool though but not cool with the fact that I've been running from my fears for I don't know how long. It'd be dumb if I checked the time for the wasted minutes or hours I was running."It's been 10 minutes and we've been just running from what!" Clara shouted, glancing behind from time to time that she doesn't get caught in their chicken wings.See, dumb headed. She counted the time.Plus, Chicken wings! Pfft! Okay, that was funny. I don't know about you but I found it very funny.I wonder if they're grilled or barbecue."Hey, Clara! Do you see them barbecue or Grilled?" I asked, jumping over the counter table and hiding underneath it."Does that even matter?" Ivan asked, panting as he hid beside me."Well, Kind of. But I wanna know.""
Ivan POVIt would be shameful to know that an Alpha is scared of spiders. Like I fought with dangerous supernatural beings and what I'm scared of are spiders? That is in fact shameful. But in front of my mate, I couldn't hide that fear that was numbing my body to stone from toes to head."Ivan! Hey, hey. Look at me." She cupped my cheeks, making me gaze in her warm brown orbs which were hypnotizing."Listen to me. It's just... um, think of it as a toy. A giant toy."I saw the spider behind her grow slowly into a giant spider and though I love my mate so much, I would really like to clasp her mouth shut before the spider becomes into a vicious one."You just turned it into a huge one." I murmured. Her mouth turned into a realization form as she paced her brain for a better comforting idea.I appreciate the effort but I need to get her out. If only my wolf w
