Catherine's POV:
"Lilith is gone!" My lips parted slightly but no words came out. My mind was blank, and my whole body just became numb.
Demiana herself was visibly in a state of panic. She looked as though she'd been searching through hills and mountains for the little girl we just knew not long ago. The same frightened little pup who ran towards me and hid herself under my coat.
