The shed looked like it had been mauled from the inside out. The door was barely hanging by one hinge, the walls were splintered. The minute i saw it, i broke into a run and rushed in. The shed was filled with the scent of dust and mold. I held Matteo tight in my arms and every time the walls shuddered, I just held him closer. The temperature seemed to drop ten degrees. I held on tighter to Matteo and looked around. The trees cast scary shadows around that seemed even more intimidating now.
