The morning came before Onyx realized it, and after getting dressed, he was on his way to his corporate office in the city.

"Did you get a word from Captain Jade?" Onyx inquired as he entered his office, Lilian following behind.

"No, sir, but the mail included the address and time, so even if she doesn't respond, she may come to visit." She informed, and Onyx nodded as he sat down on his plush chair.

"What needs to be done today?" He inquired as Lilian walked him through his schedule for the day. Lilian afterward left, and Onyx dived into work. But all the while, the thought of Ophelia swirled in his mind. He found out she was fired for unexplained reasons, and she was indeed responsible for the CHRO's broken nose. But he believes she wasn't fired for assaulting the CHRO but she assaulted the CHRO for firing her. He wanted to know more about the incident, but first, he needed Ophelia to work as his private pilot.
