A part of me was delighted and a part of me was disappointed that I didn't have to go to school on Saturday. Today's breakfast was quiet, even though Ace chose not to join us outside. I felt happy in part because I'm at last at peace with myself.

Even though Larissa told me it was somewhat confidential and Ace had given her permission to travel out of state to Washington, DC, I was still upset that she wasn't with me. She would return in three days.

I stretched my body after getting out of my cozy bed and put on a white floral dress that, although I adore it, seemed a touch antiquated.
