Something unsaid

Something was wrong.

And this time I was sure of it.

It had been three days since that late afternoon in her bedroom when she had submitted to me. And since then she hadn’t mouthed to me once. It was like she was once again that timid little mouse with that small voice that had come to work for me in the beginning. There was no hint of the tigress I had uncovered and come to adore.

She was always ready to do what I asked her to. There were no glares, no sass and no obvious desire in her hazel eyes. Now her hazel eyes were always downcast and she obeyed me like it was her second nature. Like she was my slave. And I hated it and I was starting to hate her for it. For her blind obedience.
