Oh, bloody hell! Not again!

I can’t help but yell and groan as my insides get pulled into all directions. Bloody rabbits!

I will be dead before I complete my mission at this rate. If it’s not Xael issuing punishments to please his Luna, it’s that crazy Diana biting at me and then this. Can’t they just rest for a night? They have been married for nine years for hell’s sake!

I am panting with sweat dripping down my brow when the mirror flashes and smoke fills the room.

My other nightmare shows up with her nose up. She is supposed to be my ally, but she is not pleased with me at the moment. That means I am not safe. I embrace myself for retribution. Roselyn only cares about results, or lack of. She has no idea how much I am suffering.

I quickly compose myself. She hates display of weakness. I take deep breaths, trying to mask the pain, but this is unbearable.
