Artemis P.O.V.
I woke up feeling groggy. I had to blink a few times before my eyes would focus. I felt something that was a mix of hard and squishy underneath me. Once I could finally see straight I looked to see Armand underneath me. I could feel his arms wrapped around me and I finally felt a little safe. I wanted to lay there for a while longer, but my bladder was full and making me uncomfortable. I wiggled to try and move without waking him but I felt his arms tighten around me. I decided to lightly tap his shoulder.
“Um, Armand, please let me up”
I said softly trying to not fully wake up him. He let out a soft groan before he moved his arms so I could get up. I was thankful he let me up at all so I made my way quietly and quickly into the bathroom. I forgot to lock the door behind me and went about using the toilet. When I was done I let out a startled scream when I saw red.

Broken Artemis Armand's P.O.V.
I didn’t know how to help Artemis go through this, but I wouldn’t leave her to do it alone. I realized when she didn’t know what was happening that when she went through it in the past that she must have been unconscious. I had gone to get a nurse while she was in the shower, but she wouldn’t let her near. The nurse came out of the bathroom and told me that she wouldn’t be able to help Artemis. When I came into the bathroom again my heart felt like it was breaking. Artemis looked at me will tear filled eyes as she refused to wear the hospital gown. I gave her my shirt to wear because I thought my scent would calm her down a little. I listened as she told me she wanted to leave, but I wasn’t sure Doc would let her leave just yet. I told her I would ask Doc if we could take her home after she told me she didn’t want to leave our pack. ** Artemis/Arya P.O.V. ** I had growled at the nurse because she saw Armand half dressed. I was wearing his shirt so his upper body was on full display. I didn’t mind looking at it, but didn’t want anyone else to look at him. I was surprised when he wasn’t mad at me for growling at her, but I was also happy. I was already starting to fully trust him because he hadn’t shown me that I couldn’t. I also trusted Arya and she trusted him so that made it easier for me to trust him. I was embarrassed when he caught me staring at his lips, but part of that was Arya. When he told me that I could touch any part of him that I wanted to Arya went wild in my mind. He was silently staring at me while I processed that information. ~”Artemis, I want to try kissing him. Can we please?”~
Broken Artemis Alpha Nate P.O.V.
My spy that I placed in the Blue Blade's Pack informed that the little punk Alpha was taking Artemis to the pack house today. I wanted to go there and rip her from his arms, but I knew I had to play this just right. My spy told me that Artemis was carrying my pup for sure and I smiled at that news. I can't believe I didn't realize it, but I would make sure to keep that pup. I knew that my new enemy would definitely do his best to make sure the pup didn't die. He had the good heart that I no longer had. My heart felt like it was a bottomless pit of empty. I had a black heart, but I could hold onto the love for a future child. I categorized a place in my heart for my future pup and only my future pup. I knew I needed to get to Artemis before she had the pup and so I concocted a nefarious plan to get her. I picked up my phone to call and old acquaintance that owed me a favor. The line rang twice before I heard the voice on the other end of it.

I was surprised at how much Armand was willing to spend on food. I felt bad, but he told me not to worry about it. I was so shocked when he told me that, but I didn't fight him on it. I decided to eat the food in silence and I actually liked it a lot. Doc had given me some pain medicine before I left so I wasn't feeling much pain at the moment. My eyes widened in shock when we pulled up a huge house. I stared out the front window of Armand's car as my eyes took in the house. It was a four story house with lots of windows. There were steps leading to the door that was across the wrap around porch. On the porch sat a funny looking seat that looked like it would swing if you sat on it."What is that?"I asked and pointed towards the funny looking seat. Armand followed where I was pointing with his eyes after he parked his car. He smiled before turning to look at me.

I held onto Artemis while we sat on the porch swing. I was glad to be able to help her learn what things were, but I also felt sorrowful that she wasn't able to learn things before. I promised myself that I would do my best to teach her the right way. I would teach her with patience and understanding. I was staring at the flowers in the garden as well as the trees while I thought in silence. Artemis had fallen asleep a few minutes ago and I didn't want to disturb her yet. I knew the rest would do her body some good with everything she had been through. I knew she was still healing and that it would take some time to get her fully healed. I wasn't worried too much about the physical wounds because those would heal in time. I was very concerned about the mental and emotional wounds because those could be harder to heal, if they even did heal. I zoned out while thinking and was pulled into a flash back.--------- Flashback ------------------

After I woke up Arya told me that Armand was trapped in his mind. I did what I could to get him to be in the present, but it wasn't easy. After I finally got him to snap out of it he took me on a tour of the house. He kept referring to it as ours and I was curious as to why, but didn't ask him. I was shocked when we reached the fourth floor and saw how big it was. He led me to a room that he called ours and I followed him. I felt like my eyes would bulge out of my head when I took in the massive room. It was decorated in dark blues, golds, and blacks. The bed was large and stood between two floor to ceiling windows that were draped with golden curtains. The bed had a dark blue blanket on it and two pillows with gold colored pillow cases on them.I walked along the plush black carpet as I made my towards the bed. ** Armand P.O.V. **I was stunned when Artemis said those words and then left the kitchen. I sat there in silence staring at the eggs on my plate. Valerian and Jax were silent as well because none of us knew what to say.~"Armand, go to her, she needs you"~I heard Tafari say in my mind. I blinked before getting up and following her scent. It lead me back to the porch swing where she was as curled into herself as she could be. I walked over and gently placed a hand on her shoulder in an attempt not to startle her.
