Chapter 10

(Two days later)

“Kessler you don't have to go through the stress of getting me a dinner date outfit. I have lots and lots of them which I don't wear or remember what they look like. I can go home and pick something for the occasion.” I groaned. Kessler made it known that he wants to see my family, the only surviving family of my father. Which is my uncle.

He spoke to my uncle and he agreed. And fixed the meeting for later tonight.

A holiday.

Kessler seemed overjoyed like he was already given the permission to court me but I know it's a step to those things. He wanted to make things official not just to my family but to the world to announce our love loud and clear.

A feeling of pride swelled inside of me and I haven't been more happier. Finally a time to think towards putting me first and thinking about the family that I was going to create.

“Thank you Kessler. ” I beamed. He took me round the fashion store. We bought fancy dresses, shoes and a matching purse.
