Ellies’s point of view.
I wake up in the morning wrapped in Zac’s arms. He stayed with me after the nightmare and held me in his arms all night, safe to say I never had another nightmare after that. I look at him as he sleeps. My god, this man is handsome. I smile as much more than him being insanely attractive with the looks and body of a Greek god. He makes me feel safe, and that's something I haven't felt in a long time.
I drift off back to sleep with a smile on my face. I open my eyes again as I hear him gently calling my name.
“Ellie? Are you awake, baby?”
