The Last Moment

Bastian and Renata used the equipment the inn provided to cook a barbecue on the balcony of their room in the evening.

Renata sat in front of Bastian, where Bastian was grilling satay and sliced meat.

"It smells really good," Renata said.

"True." Bastian was still busy flipping the meat.

"Can I eat now?" said Renata, taking chopsticks and picking up the meat, but Bastian forbade her.

"It's still raw; it's not quite cooked yet," said Bastian. The meat will taste delicious when it's cooked right," said Bastian.

"Okay. I'm already drooling."

"Patience," said Bastian, taking a slide of meat and cutting it with scissors. He then took one and dipped it into the sauce provided. He puffed on it for a while and pointed it at Renata's mouth.

"Open your mouth."

Renata accepted Bastian's mouthful. "Emmm, it's really good," Renata exclaimed excitedly. Want more? Want more?

"Bring your place to eat," said Bastian, and Renata handed it over. Bastian put a few pieces of cooked meat on Renata's plate.
