She would've never in her wildest imaginations thought that Knox would eventually win this war. Needless to talk about how much she had hated him and his family, she had always thought that she would be able to get revenge over all they had done to her people and…her mother.

But here she was, tied up and about to be slaughtered like feast meat.

Her heart pounded like a frantic drum inside her chest. A gathering of curious onlookers had assembled. They had all come from all walks of life in the Blue Moon Kingdom, from warriors and common folk to nobles, each drawn to the spectacle of the trouble–causing rogues' leader's downfall.

Zena stood in the center of the execution ground, the tight and thorny ropes around her wrists were biting into her skin and might as well just kill her before the knife does.

But she wasn't going to give them the satisfaction of seeing her falter, of seeing her break down into tears. No, she won't. It was already enough humiliation that she was about to di
