Rhea's Pov

“This isn't good.” I mumbled, my heart racing slightly, “What about her parents? Do you think they know where she is?”

“I don't know, but it's possible they also have no idea of Miss Ava's whereabouts. The last time I saw them, Miss Ava's mother was trying to act normally but I could see that she was unsettled. I decided to take matters into my own hands so I met up with Miss Ava's mother and her condition has deteriorated.”

“Deteriorated? What do you mean by that?”

“Paranoid. She was being paranoid, yelling about how she was being watched and how she's unsafe. Begging me to help her escape or she'll die, she was saying different kinds of things. I didn't understand but the more I thought about it, I realised that maybe they were being targeted by someone. It could be that Victor Grant was using them against Ava. I'm not really sure where to put all of my theories but I know that Victor Grant is in the middle of everything that's happening now.”
