“Of course not, we wouldn't want that to happen again, Sophia’s late mother really did a lot to bring back the company to what it is today……in that case, we already know who we want as the new CEO” the first director said as he looked at other directors and then at Sophia and Bran.

*BRAN’S POV*

It was late now and all the directors exited the meeting room, to their various homes and other places while Sophia and I remained in the meeting room.

“Are you okay?” I asked Sophia as I caressed her cheek slightly with my finger.

She sat on the chair while I stood beside her, my left hand in my pocket.

“Hmm hmm,” she sounded and nodded her head positively.

“Okay, let's have dinner and head home alright?….. I'll tell the security details to clock off work,” I said with a smile.

I reached in for my phone from my pocket and was about to dial one of the security details numbers when Sophia slightly tugged at the edge of my suit.
