BEATRICE'S POV

I stayed in the hospital for fucking two weeks and Robert didn't show up or care to check up on me.

According to the doctor they claimed that he was still checking up on me and sending messages, but I didn't see him any of the days. To avoid drama I cooperated with them and accepted that he was checking up.

When I got to the house to find Robert drinking himself out and shedding tears, saying things that didn't even make a meaning.

I was the only one who came around to make sure he was calm that night, you know Sometimes I ask myself if I'm in love or I just want to show him that I'm fit.

"I'm just going to think about that later."

When Robert told me he wanted to check out something very important, I perceived something odd when he said that. I couldn't tell but I just had to do it my way, I mean why would someone just switch up that way and say he has something important to catch up with?
